Ingredients:

Organic and non-GMO mixed leafy greens; green, yellow, orange, and red bell peppers; cherry tomatoes; purple cabbage; white cabbage; corn; green peas; edamame; chickpeas; celery; fresh guacamole; and whole grain green chili pepper tortilla chips.

Fresh Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 medium sweet onion, diced
  • 3/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro (chopped finely)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
