DIY Peppermint Toothpaste

You will love this DIY peppermint toothpaste recipe — it’s amazing. I’ve been using this simple recipe to brush my teeth for weeks, and I absolutely love it. The best part is, it is super creamy (not gritty) and you can flavor this paste with the essential oil of your choice (e.g., peppermint, cinnamon, lemon, tea tree, etc).  By the way, the taste of the coconut oil isn’t bothersome in this recipe. I could have just kept.. on.. brushing.

Be sure to use a coconut oil that is extra virgin, unrefined, and cold-pressed (they smell and taste better). Ta da! So easy and I really love it. Did I mention it’s vegan and cruelty-free?

Big Hugs and Rebel Love,

xo, Dana
